Régates Royales
19–26 September 2026
150 classic sailing yachts racing in the bay. The best seats aren't on the Croisette — they're on the water, alongside the fleet.
September and October on the Côte d'Azur: warm sea, quiet anchorages, golden light. A privately owned Azimut 50 flybridge, moored in Cannes, available for day charters with a professional skipper.
Request your datesLocals call it la saison douce. The summer charter fleet thins out, the sea keeps its August warmth into late October, and the bays that were rafted three-deep in July — Lérins, La Garoupe, Pampelonne — go quiet again.
Sea temperature in late September is around 23 °C — warmer than in June — with the calmest weather windows of the year.
It is the best-value moment of the season: high-summer conditions without high-summer traffic, and berths available in ports that are unbookable in August.
Eclipse is an Azimut 50 flybridge — Italian-built, with a full-beam owner's cabin, a wide flybridge for lunch under way, and a hydraulic swim platform for easy access to the water.
Fuel, port fees outside Cannes, and catering are charged at cost. French VAT applies. Rates are indicative for September–October and depend on the itinerary — you will receive a firm quote with your confirmation.

Fifteen minutes from the Vieux Port to the protected water between Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat. Swim, paddle, and lunch on board or at La Guérite before it closes for the season.
Along the Croisette to the Cap, anchor at La Garoupe for a long swim, lunch ashore, and a slow return past the Villa Eilenroc as the light turns.
An hour and a half at cruising speed across the bay of La Napoule and past the red rocks of the Estérel. The village in October belongs to the people who live there — this is the time to see it.
During the big weeks, Cannes sells out — hotels, restaurants, and the water too. Eclipse takes one charter per day, so the calendar closes fast. If your week is below, secure it now.
